Pool Builders Sunny Isles Beach FL

New Pool Construction

A New Pool for Your
Sunny Isles Beach Home

Sunny Isles Beach is known for its high-rise oceanfront skyline, but it also has established single-family pockets like Golden Shores where homeowners want a real backyard pool. As a pool contractor in Sunny Isles Beach and one of the luxury pool builders working this stretch of coastline, that is the work we focus on here. Building this close to the ocean means planning for salt air and a coastal environment from day one, so we specify finishes, fittings, and equipment that stand up to the conditions instead of corroding early. Every project begins with a free in-home consultation where we look at your lot, your setbacks, and how you actually want to use the space.

We have spent more than 20 years building new pools across Miami-Dade, including waterfront and coastal-adjacent properties where construction takes extra care. We run our own in-house crew, so the people who design your Sunny Isles Beach pool are the ones who build it. You get a full-color 3D rendering before we break ground, which makes it easy to see how the pool, deck, and any spa or sun shelf will fit your home. We are a licensed Certified Pool and Spa Contractor, #CPC1458041, and we handle the full permit process for you.

Common Questions

Sunny Isles Beach Pool Construction FAQs

Do you build new pools in Sunny Isles Beach, FL?

Yes, for single-family and waterfront homes in Sunny Isles Beach, including neighborhoods like Golden Shores. We design and build new pools suited to coastal lots, with finishes and equipment chosen to handle salt air. Call (305) 910-9595 for a free in-home consultation.

How much does a new pool cost in Sunny Isles Beach?

Pricing varies with pool size, depth, finishes, and features. Coastal sites sometimes call for upgraded materials and equipment that resist salt air, which can affect the budget. We provide a clear written quote after the in-home consultation and 3D design so you know the cost up front.

Who handles the pool permit in Sunny Isles Beach?

We do. New pool construction here is permitted through the City of Sunny Isles Beach building department, and we manage the entire filing. As a licensed Certified Pool and Spa Contractor, #CPC1458041, we prepare and submit the plans and coordinate the required inspections for you.

How long does it take to build a pool in Sunny Isles Beach?

Most new pools take a few months from permit approval to final inspection. Coastal and waterfront sites can add time for site prep and inspections. We give you a realistic timeline at the start and keep you posted as construction moves through each stage.

How accurate are 3D pool renderings for design decisions in Sunny Isles Beach?

Very accurate. Before we break ground on your Sunny Isles Beach project, our designers build a full-color 3D rendering of your exact yard, so you can see real scale, finishes, and layout and request changes on screen instead of during construction. What you approve in the rendering is what gets built.
