New Pool Construction

A New Pool Built for
Everyday Goulds Living

Goulds is a working-family neighborhood in unincorporated South Dade, where backyards tend to be practical and the priority is a pool people actually use. We build new pools here for households that want a real swimming area without overcomplicating things. That usually means a clean, well-proportioned pool that fits a modest-to-decent lot, holds up to weekend use, and stays easy to maintain. Our crew has spent more than 20 years building across South Miami-Dade, so we know how local soil, grading, and yard layouts in this part of the county affect a sound, lasting build.

Every Goulds project starts with a free in-home consultation where we look at your yard, talk through how you want to use the pool, and measure what the space can support. From there you get a full-color 3D rendering so you can see the finished pool before we break ground. We handle the permitting, run the job with our own in-house crew rather than subcontracting it out, and keep you updated through each phase. As a licensed Certified Pool and Spa Contractor (#CPC1458041), we build to code and stand behind the work. Call (305) 910-9595 to get started.

Common Questions

Goulds Pool Construction FAQs

Do you build new pools in Goulds, FL?

Yes. Dream Pools FL builds brand-new custom pools throughout Goulds and the surrounding South Dade neighborhoods. We focus only on new construction, designing each pool to fit your lot and how your family plans to use it. Start with a free in-home consultation and we will map out what your backyard can support.

How much does a new pool cost in Goulds?

Cost depends on the size and shape of the pool, your finishes, decking, and any features like a spa or lighting. Goulds lots vary, so the best way to get a real number is a free in-home consultation. We measure your yard, talk through your budget, and give you a clear quote with no guesswork.

Who handles the pool permit in Goulds?

Goulds is unincorporated, so pool permits go through Miami-Dade County. We handle that process for you, preparing and submitting the paperwork and coordinating inspections. You do not have to manage county filings yourself. As a licensed contractor (#CPC1458041), we build every pool to meet county code from the start.

How long does it take to build a pool in Goulds?

Most new pool builds in Goulds run a few months from permit approval to completion, depending on the design, weather, and inspection scheduling. We give you a realistic timeline at the consultation and keep you posted as each phase moves along, since we run the job with our own crew rather than handing it off.

How accurate are 3D pool renderings for design decisions in Goulds?

Very accurate. Before we break ground on your Goulds project, our designers build a full-color 3D rendering of your exact yard, so you can see real scale, finishes, and layout and request changes on screen instead of during construction. What you approve in the rendering is what gets built.
